Original article:

Word limit: up to 3,000 words excluding abstract, references, tables & Charts, etc

Review Article:

Words limit: up to 2700 words, excluding abstract and references, tables & charts, etc.

Case Report:

Length should not exceed 2,000 words with up to4 figures/ Images.

Letter to the Editor:

A letter to the Editor should offer objective and constructive criticism of published articles. Letters may also discuss matters of general scientific or medical interest. The length should not exceed 2,000 words.

Manuscript Preparation guidelines:

The manuscript should be prepared in clear, concise, and grammatically appropriate language.

Abstract: It should not be more than 250 words.

All original articles must be accompanied by a structured Abstract, while all other categories of manuscripts should have unstructured abstracts. Structured abstracts should be divided into the headings, including Introduction, Methods, Observations, results with the conclusion, etc.

Keywords: Provide 2-3, suitable keywords.

Keynotes: Provide 1-3 suitable keynotes.

The original article should be prepare, including the following heads:

Introduction: It should be concise with a clear statement of the background of the study, including relevant earlier work, suitably referenced. It should be started on a separate page after keywords.

Aims & Objectives: mention regarding aims & objectives.

Material & Methods: Materials and equipment, the manufacturer's name, and, if possible, the location should be provided. The main methods used shall be briefly clearly described with citing references. New methods or substantially modified methods may be described with sufficient details. The statistical method and the level of significance chosen shall be clearly stated, along with the use of suitable tables & graphs.

Observations & Results: The important results of the work should be clearly stated.

Discussion: This part should deal with the interpretation of results, making the readers understanding of the work taken, and should be logical. The discussion should state the scope limitations of the results, which need to be further explored.

Conclusion: Concisely summarize the principal findings of the work and highlights the broader implications.

This section should not as duplicate the abstract.

In the case of review articles, case reports, communications, letter to Editor should prepare concisely.

Contribution details: state contribution details in a Table format, including study aspects, data collection, writing, etc.

Acknowledgments: Should provide disclosures regarding any help during research work either in any form or support.

References: Arrange all references in Vancouver style only.

Arrange references consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the manuscript. Identify references in the text, Tables, and Legends by Arabic numerals in superscript and parenthesis.

Use the style as in Index Medicus.

Authors should avoid using abstracts as references.

Publication Charges:

IJBAMR does not have any Manuscript submission fees. ANY AUTHOR CAN SUBMIT MANUSCRIPT FOR REVIEW FREE OF COST.

Indian Journal of Basic and Applied Medical Research publishing, barrier-free full-text articles download all articles under open access policy. Our journal project runs on a Not-for-Profit Model, and funds collected are reinvested to improve journal services. Many people give journal their valuable time and services from Medical as well as the paramedical field.

 

Some of them work honorary or on subsidized salary. Hence ijbamr charges post-acceptance charges.

For articles from outside India or SAARC Nations

Post Acceptance: 45 USD

For other countries ( Excluding above ) 

1) WE SPECIALLY WAIVED OFF CHARGES FOR DEVELOPING COUNTRIES . 

2) Special provision: ICMR / DST students projects ( INDIA ): Free Publication 

The authors have to deposit processing charges only after the final manuscript acceptance.

The print copy will be dispatched four weeks after articles released or closing of issue, whatever physible. 

IJBAMR Archiving Policies:

IJBAMR regularly maintain all electronic backup and preservation of access to the journal content; in any event, author data is safe at our server. 

IJBAMR is indexed in Index Copernicus & we upload our published articles content ( including PDF of published articles and metadata etc) on Index Copernicus database.  Authors , readers can also access same articles - in full form - from Index Copernicus database.
